At Global City Property Investments (GCPI), we look at providing an excellent service for our investors by utilising different property strategies to produce a good return on investment.

We also provide property solutions direct to landlords and support communities by supplying affordable accommodation.

At GCPI, we look at forming ever-lasting relationships with our investors and our clients by providing only the most efficient service in the industry. We only invest in proven strategies, which return 6 –12% with larger projects returning an investment of 15%.

Currently as savings accounts and interest rates are falling between 1– 2%, and the average ISA does not exceed 2% return p.a. In most cases it's not in your best interest to leave large sums in there; as this interest rate is pretty low and the money is not working hard for you. This is especially the case, if you have for example a balance of £10k sitting in your bank account. As your actual money is decreasing in value meaning that you are losing money - yes losing money!

Furthermore, the average UK saver who has kept their money in an easy access bank account. Unfortunately, has lost an average of almost £500 of their actual money over 12 months. This is because according to new research, last year inflation has continued to out-strip interest rates.

This is the main reason why GCPI has developed strategies to help both novice and seasoned investors make their money work harder for them; opposed to them working harder to receive a better return on investment.
